How to Use:

Place the mat on the floor, bed, or sofa and lie down slowly so the pressure points contact your skin. Position the pillow under your neck if desired. Begin with 10–20 minutes and gradually increase to 30–40 minutes as comfort allows. Vary placement of the mat to target different muscle groups including front or back of the legs, torso, or feet to promote relaxation, muscle relief and muscle recovery.
